Bear Grylls’ Emmy-nominated show Man Vs Wild (2006-) became one of the most-watched programmes on the planet with an estimated global audience of 1.2 billion.

Bear is currently the youngest ever Chief Scout to the UK Scout Association, acting as the figurehead to over 40 million Scouts worldwide.
He was named Honorary Lieutenant Commander in the Royal Naval Reserve in 2004, and Honorary Colonel to the Royal Marines Reserves in 2013.
