During his club career, Kit Symons made more than 100 appearances for each of his first three clubs, Fulham, Manchester City, and Portsmouth. He ended his club career with Crystal Palace. As well as his club appearances, he played the Wales national side, earning 37 caps.

Since retiring from professional playing, Kit has become a prominent assistance manager, caretaker manager, and full manager for a range of teams.

His management career started at Crystal Palace, and saw him become assistant manager at Colchester United for a month before becoming caretaker manager of Fulham. After just one month in the position, he was announced as their full-time manager. Other club management roles include assistant manager at Sunderland, assistant manager of Hebei China Fortune, and being employed by Fulham as Senior Scout and Academy Couch.

He was appointed to the coaching staff of the national Wales team in 2012, staying with them on and off until 2023. Whether it is as a manager, coach and speaker, Kit is passionate about creating an environment where people and players can thrive and develop.

He is a big advocate of science and data, but has always been very people orientated and a strong believer that the success of organisations comes from looking after their people in the right way.
